Chris Oyakhilome Healing Programme Clashes With TB Joshua’s Burial Date

The founder of Christ Embassy Church, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, is set to hold a three-day healing programme ‘Healing Streams With Pastor Chris’ from Friday, July 9 will run through the weekend till Sunday, July 11.

Interestingly, the healing programme clashes with the funeral of the founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations Prophet T. B. Joshua whose week-long funeral began on Monday and remains to be laid to the earth on July 9.

Naija News understands that Oyakhilome has been silent on Joshua’s death.

Police Arrest Fake ACP:

Police in Kano State have nabbed 45-year-old Mohammed Aliyu for allegedly impersonating an Assistant Commissioner of Police.

DSP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, Police Public Relations Officer, Kano State Command disclosed this in a statement, indicating that the suspect was arrested following a credible information received from a hotel manager where the suspect went requesting for an accommodation to lodge his clients.

The statement added that while at the hotel, the suspect demanded for discount while claiming to be a superior police officer to the rank of an Assistant Commissioner of Police, (ACP), as well as the Squadron Commander of 52 Police Mobile Force, Challawa, Kano.

Buhari’s letter ordering telcos to block Twitter can’t be made public for national security: NCC

Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has disclosed that President Muhammadu Buhari’s letter ordering telecommunications providers to suspend access to Twitter will not be made public, as it can result in national security threats.

The disclosure followed an FOI request by the human rights organisation Global Rights.

The organisation sought that the NCC furnish it with a copy of the letter.
