There may be difficulties and dangers involved in trying to find better conditions. Themba Cabeka is a young man who was born into poverty in South Africa and was forced to live on the streets. This publication can be found on The Sun
When he was fifteen, he lost his adopted mother, and for a long time afterward, he had no stable place to live. He was Carlito's friend and fellow vagrant. During 2015, the two pals devised a strategy to get out of their jam.
They intended to ride the wheels of a British Airlines plane all the way from Johannesburg to London.
Before carrying out their plan, they dismantled their camp on the final day, convincing themselves that this would be the last time they would have to sleep outside.
Themba got burn marks on his hand because he hung on the plane's metal cabin as it was taking off.
Carlito, standing next to him, said, "We made it," and he enthusiastically agreed. They said that to each other just before they both went out from lack of oxygen.
Themba was forcibly thrown to the floor while the jet was landing at Heathrow. As he came to, he noticed two individuals coming over to check on him. He was rushed to the hospital, where doctors attempted a revival after discovering that his blood was pooling.
After falling into a coma, he was out of it for around six months. Not being able to move at all, he was yet relieved to have awakened. When asked if he recognized Carlito from the passport photo, he responded in the affirmative.
Then he was told that Carlito had passed away. On the way down, Carlito apparently fell over a roof and died. He was saddened by his friend's passing and claimed that Carlito would have been happy to see their idea come to fruition.
Themba, who is currently residing in the United Kingdom, was given leave to remain and was being assisted by a friend named Gabriel. Themba, with Gabriel's assistance, has settled into a permanent residence in the UK.
