For those who leave in Kaduna, or have been to Kaduna, you must have seen China people working with Nigerians when constructing roads, or building Bridges, That's because Mallam Nasir Ahmed El-Rufai is in partnership with China Civil Engineering Construction Cooperation (CCECC) and are one of the major brains behind the construction under the Kaduna Urban Renewal Programme.
Governor El-Rufai welcomed the Chairman of CCECC with his team. The governor was with his vice and other individuals who are working for the government. They had discussions and took photos.

The Kaduna Urban Renewal program is one of the most thoughtful ideas of the governor and his body, it's a program that will indeed be beneficial to the people of Kaduna in the long run. Some of the roads and buildings that were under construction are done. The governor is indeed going a great job in the state.
