"We Arrested Hundreds Of Foreign Herdsmen While They Were Trying To Settle In Bode Saadu"~ NSCDC

A recent news report reaching us from Daily Post has disclosed how the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) command in Kwara state has arrested a group of suspected foreign herdsmen at the Bode Saadu area of the state. It was gathered that the security men had discovered these foreign herders while they were preparing to settle in the community.

However, according to a further report from the spokesman of the NSCDC command in Kwara state, Babawale, he revealed that the security men in the state were on surveillance patrol when they discovered hundreds of cattle herders suspected to be foreign herders after they were trying to settle in the area.

Babawale, also disclosed how his men immediately rounded up the herders and apprehended them so that they could be handed over to proper authorities for investigation, as he went further to urge the indigenes of the state to always help security agents by reporting suspicious movements of foreign people in the area.
