Neighbors has Reported that they heard a 3 year old Child,Screaming Before Death, and they also accused his mom's boyfriend of beating him to death.
The 3-year-old Pennsylvania toddler whose name is Aiden Lombardi has been reported dead after his mother’s boyfriend allegedly beat him to death.
On Wednesday, Aiden Lombardi passed away at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburg.
Authorities say the boy became apathetic while left in the care of his mother’s boyfriend, Tyler Mason, the night before, WTAE, WXPI and the Pittsburg Post-Gazette report.
According to Tyler Mason he told police that Aiden had been “fussy” all night so he decided to give him water and milk to calm him down.
Soon after, Tyler Mason allegedly claimed he was sitting on the sofa when he noticed blood and a chewed French fry” near the boy’s mouth,he said this lead him to believe Aiden was choking.
Mason said he performed CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) on the child before first responders arrived.
However, the doctor in charge told police the boy’s body was covered in bruises and he had no pulse when his brought to the hospital, while neighbors said they had heard a child screaming in pain earlier in the night.
After evidence has proven that Mason was killed the boy he was initially charged with aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children. On Thursday, he was charged with homicide after a medical examiner confirmed Aiden died of blunt force trauma to the head.
but No charges was brought against the child’s mother.
