The high rate of kidnap in the country is becoming alarming. People no longer want to travel because of the fear of being kidnapped.
A lady took to Twitter today to narrate how how her driver was almost was almost kidnapped on friday by a taxi driver in Abuja.
According to the lady, her driver took a taxi from Dutse junction to NNPC, Kubwa. There were about three people in the taxi; the taxi driver, a man and a woman and her driver entered with another lady also making them a total of 5 persengers in the taxi. When they got to NNPC, the taxi refused to stop and when her driver with the lady he entered with protested, they were shown guns.
According to the lady, her driver and the lady he entered with where taken to an open field were they saw other victims of kidnap as they were being discharged. They victims were commanded to sit on the grass by their kidnappers.
The lady narrated that her driver rolled silently to a nearby hedge where he hid himself, he stayed there until a luxurious came and took all the victims away. Read the full story in the photos below.
