Igbo Man On His Way To The Village in Abia State Attacked By Kidnappers On Valentine's Day
The level of insecurity in the country is becoming more alarming and it seems the government is doing nothing about it.
An Igbo Man who identified himself as Onyekachi has expressed his gratitude to God after the attempt of kidnappers to kidnap him and his driver was prevented by security operatives on Valentine's day.
Based on a video shared online by WITHIN NIGERIA, the victim could be seen panting and sweating profusely as fear could be seen written all over his face. The glass of his car was shattered, which shows the intensity of the unfortunate incident.
According to Onyekachi, he was on his way to his village, Item community in Bende local government area of Abia State from Enugu when the Kidnapper struck along Isuikwuato road in Abia state. But fortunately, nothing happened as they were promptly rescued by Security operatives.
Thank God the security operatives were right on time and were willing to face the kidnappers, the story would have taken a different dimension. Because, one thing is to have security operatives on sight and another is their willingness or bravery to attack the kidnappers.
As traveling by road within the country is now a death trap, please people be careful. Travel only when it is compulsory and ensure to share information about your movement with family.
