The popular Islamic cleric Sheikh Amed Gumi who has been in the news lately for the role his is playing in negotiating with bandits and trying to restore peace in some northern states in Nigeria, today Friday has said that he will give update on Zamfara kidnapped Students.
It is evident that Nigeria appear to be a fertile ground for kidnapping of school children, kidnapping has turn into everyday event now in Nigeria.
The cleric who spoke in pigin english stated that once he gets any update on the girls kidnapped from Government Girls Secondary School, Jangebe, in Talata Madara LGA of Zamfara State, he will give am update to the media.
He further stated that he is currently gathering information on the abduction and promised to make his findings known to the general public.
