A 28-year-old armed robber identified as Gbenga Kikiowo has revealed that he chose to become an armed robber when he was seven-year-old to command international respect like some infamous notorious robbers in Nigeria.
Kikiowo who was caught on his way to buy bullets ahead of an operation disclosed that his motive for involving in armed robberies was to become famous like past notorious armed robbers such as Ishola Oyenusi, Mufu Olosha Oko, Lawrence Anini, and Shina Rambo.
Kikiowo began his robbery operation when he was seven years old and he has been jailed three times. According to him, he said he doesn't have a specific reason for robbing because he was born into a very rich family.
He added that his parents tried using spiritual solutions to stop his criminal act, but the more they try, the more he steals.
