The rate of insecurity in Nigeria has caused so much tension and panic amongst citizens as we keep recording numerous cases of kidnapping and abduction of students, herdsman attack on farmers and so on. This has brought fear to the people as the governments neglect on taking actions to succumb the development.
A couple of days ago, it was reported that several students including staff members were abducted from an institution in Kaduna by gunmen who are suspected to be bandits. In a viral video which disseminated on different social media platforms, they abductors promised that they won't live there alive if they take force on them, and demanded for a ransom of N500 million to secure their safety and release.
Nigerians reacted as they called on the government to intervene and secure the safety of the students and staffs. Though the President had commended the Kaduna State Govt. to see forward to their rescue, they are yet to return.
Recently, a young on on the the micro blogging platform, Twitter took to his page to share what was written in a letter that was sent to a school in Kaduna state, and suspected to be from kidnappers.
A man identified as 'Daniel' on Twitter have revealed that a letter was sent to two different schools in Markarfi LGA, Kaduna State by suspected kidnappers telling the school managements to vacate it's students stating no reasons.
According to him, the two schools are 'Success Royal Academy, Gangara' and 'Albarka Technical School, Wali', both in Kaunda State. He also added that the letters were written in Hausa language.
