A lady has narrated her ordeal with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) officers after they stopped her car, what they demanded from her, the question they asked her, and her response to them. Read and enjoy.
FRSC is the body saddled with the responsibilities of maintaining roadworthiness, they are meant for road safety and to prevent road traffic, accidents, or crashes. The government organized them to make highways safe for motorists, pedestrians, and other road users.
They are the ones who recommend the tools and devices like C-caution, jack, extra-tire, fire extinguisher, and others that can help to minimize accidents. They also have the right to check those tools whether you have them in your car.
Note: Checking those tools is not the responsibility of police officers, want you to get that right.
Haleemah Gegele has explained her experience after he met with those FRSC operatives, here are her explanations.
She narrated that the operatives stopped her and asked for her fire extinguisher of which she showed but the next thing one of them said is that she should make sure she always shakes the extinguisher to prevent it from blocking. She replied that Nigeria roads will help her shake it every day.
That's a funny response though, what's your opinion on what Haleemah said?
