EFCC stands for Economic and financial crime commission. They are the body that is in charge of hunting, arresting and prosecuting criminals, they also hunt cyber criminals like Yahoo boys. In recent days, people do see or hear about the body hunting and arresting some youths for being fraudstars, it is now common as many youths indulges in this crime just to make money quick.
A famous saying says "the love of money, is the root of all evil", every person is aware of this quote but most time ignorant of it. Youth of these days are in haste to make money quick so as to impress the society and social media, sometimes it is caused by peer pressure to belong. Because of this fact, a lot of people now engage in criminal activities that could land them a major jail time.

After this video was posted on Instagram by a well known blogger, it stirred so many reactions. It got some people saying how bad it is for people to celebrate a crime as it is putting pressure on youths and encouraging life of crime. Some reacted and expressed that EFCC on their way to make an arrest as they would definitely want to find out how he made such money at an early age judging from him background.
