He disclosed this when he played host to members of the South -South Zonal Working Committee of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) at Government House, Port Harcourt on Thursday.
According to him, Government lacked feelings about the people and never cared about the rising deaths in the country.
He said Governors of the All Progressive Congress (APC) have repeatedly assured that the APC Federal Government will check insecurity across the country but the killing of innocent citizens has continued unabated.
The Governor noted that in advanced countries, the Government would have accepted it flaws and stepped aside but added with dismay that the APC has stuck to power.
He therefore called on patriotic nationalists to rise to the occasion and rescue the country from disintegration.
Reacting, PDP National Vice Chairman (South south), Chief Dan Orbih, noted that attacks by herdsmen in the Southwest has forced farmers to abandon their farms and warned of an impending food crisis if the situation was not checked.
He therefore called on people of the South South to unite and protect themselves.
