There has been a tussle between the Indigenous People Of Biafra and fulani herdsmen shortly after some herders were suspected to be kidnappers and murderers.
According to Sahara reporters, the Indigenous People Of Biafra have sent a strong message to all fulani herdsmen in the Southeast. According to the media and publicity secretary of the group, any herder who remains in the region after the 14 days ultimatum must rear his cattle in an enclosed ranch or face the music.
See reactions from Nigerians as they blast the group for threatening the lives of fulani herdsmen in the Southeast. Others say that the herders lack sound education and this may be why they don't understand. Many people have also said that this is a welcome development.
Do you think this is a threat to the Herders in the Southeast? You would recall that the Federal government had said that banning their movement will lead to violayof their fundamental rights. What do you think about this?
