We all know that before a plane takes of, it has to go on a runway, just to gain speed for takeoff and some studies have shown that the noise the passengers get to hear when the plane takes off, is very unpleasant.

A doctor on Twitter has recently explained how we can reduce the noise, after a man complained about having his ears ache when a plane he entered took off, check out what the man said before the doctor, quoted his tweet with a reply.
The man who is popularly known as Mr Macaroni on twitter shared how he felt when a plane took off, he said "If your ear doesn’t ache you whenever you travel by air, you don’t know what God has done for you."

After he shared the tweet, he got a reply from a doctor who is popularly known on Twitter as Aproko Doctor and he explained how we can reduce the noise that we hear, when a plane takes off, he quoted the tweet with "When next you want to fly, chew gum or try to yawn while the plane is taking off or landing."
"There's a tube connecting the throat and your ear called the eustachian tube, when you chew or yawn, it allows air get into your inner ear. This helps balance both sides and reduces pain"
