The northern branch of the Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria has requested that the federal government of Nigeria should try to expose the real face of the people sponsoring banditry and terror in the country. This statement was released in Kaduna by Alhaji Isiaq Sanni, the Secretary of the Muslim organisation while he was paying tribute to Alhaji Liadi Adeyinka Olapade, their late President and chairman.
Alhaji Liadi Adeyinka Olapade took part in the education of many people in the state with the hope that it will help reduce insecurity. This is due to the face that there is insecurity in the country. He died on Saturday.
In his statement, Alhaji Isiaq Sanni said that it is sad that what Alhaji Liadi Adeyinka Olapade fought for throughout his life still persists. This is what made the Muslim organisation to call on the government to try as much as possible to help fight against banditry and insecurity in the country. Even though we are trying our bests, he added, our effort is not enough to fight it totally.
Lastly, he added that the federal government should release the list of those who are behind and sponsoring banditry, insecurity and kidnapping in the country. If we see the list, we'll know who is against the success of this administration and know who is after the progress of our country.
