Chelsea Star, Thiago Silva sets new record after his brilliant goal against Tottenham.

Chelsea Star Player Thiago Silva has set a new record after his impressive performance against Tottenham. Chelsea won their second Derby of the season this afternoon after defeating spurs by 3:0.

No goals were recorded in the first half. Things however changed in the second half as Chelsea got their first goal in the 49th minute. Thiago Silva headed in a corner from Alonso. This is Silva first Premier league goal for Chelsea. He has also set a new record as the second oldest player to score in the EPL for Chelsea. 

Aged 36 years and 362 days, Thiago Silva has become the second-oldest Chelsea player to score in the Premier League behind only Didier Drogba, who scored against Leicester City aged 37 years and 49 days in April 2015. Twilight.

Substitute Ngolo Kante and Rudiger scored the other two goals for Chelsea. The Blues are now top of the table. Although they have the same point as Man United and Liverpool.
