Spain star Ayoze Perez, Nigeria music superstars Flavour, Rudeboy, and others have congratulated Super Eagles star Kelechi Iheanacho, after coming from the bench to score the winning goal that helped Leicester City FC to win their first Community Shield title for the first time since 1971.
The former Manchester City star was the hero for his team as he netted his team's only goal of the game in the injury time to give them a well deserved victory.
The Nigerian international was introduced towards the end of the game and he was exceptional in his team's attack in the entertaining fixture at Wembley Stadium.
Both teams efforts to break the deadlock in the first half were not successful, as the first half ended goalless, before substitute Kelechi Iheanacho scored the winning goal in the 89th minutes via a penalty kick to end the match 1-0.
The lone goal was enough to give Brendan Rodgers led Leicester City FC a remarkable victory over the English Premier League Champions.
Reacting after helping Leicester City FC to win the Community Shield title, Kelechi Iheanacho posted on his verified Instagram handle that;
"🏆🥇 All glory to God OLUOMA-CHUKWU."
Reacting to Kelechi Iheanacho's post, Spain and Leicester City star Ayoze Perez, Flavour and many Nigerian Celebrities reacted by commenting to congratulate him.
Congratulations to Kelechi Iheanacho and Leicester City FC.
