Nigerian celebrities react as Ndidi celebrates Community Shield title

Nigerian celebrities have reacted to the Community Shield celebration of Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi on the internet. 

The Nigerian midfielder played a vital role as Leicester City claim their second Community Shield title since winning their first in 1971. 

Leicester City claimed the trophy by defeating Manchester City 1-0 at Wembley on Saturday. 

Former Manchester City youngster, Kelechi Iheanacho stole the ball from Nathaniel Ake, who brought him down while trying to stop him. 

Iheanacho stepped up and converted from twelve yards to earn the Foxes their first title of the season. 

After the celebration on the field, Wilfred Ndidi posted a photo with the caption "Another One" to celebrate with his fans on social media. 

The picture caught a lot of reactions from Nigerian players and Nigerian celebrities. 

Among the Nigerian players that reacted are Kelechi Iheanacho, Paul Obere Onuachu, Onazi Ogenyi, Victor Anichebe, and Moses Simon. 

The former Everton striker described his performance as a solid one and congratulated him. 

"Solid as always! Well done bro. 

However, Nigerian singer Folarin Falana also known as Falz and Dare Alade lead a lot of Nigerian celebrities who reacted to the picture.

Falz reacted with a fire emoji while Dare congratulated the Leicester City midfielder. Among other Celebrities that reacted are Nigerian comedian Owen Osamwengie (Owengee) and comedian Emmanuel Iwueke (Dr. Craze).

Owen said; " Congrats Superstar, heard you played center back and nailed it. You are a huge asset. 

While Dr. Craze acknowledged his performance to help the Foxes secure the victory.

Leicester City will start the season with a game against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
