After the first international break of the year which saw club football being on a halt for about two weeks. We welcome you back with a blockbuster clash between Arsenal and Liverpool. This has turned out to be the highest scoring fixtures, including the highest recorded hattricks in the premier league involving two legendary teams. In this present season both team have been below par in terms of performance and if there need a game to resurrect their season, it should be this.
In terms of fitness and injuries, Arsenal has two key absentees which are; Bukayo saka and Emile Smith Rowe both struggling with harmstring injuries respectively. On the other hand Arsenal got a lot more to experience attackers to give in a good game. From the positive end Nicholas Pepe, Willian, Lacazette, Aubameyang and Odegaard are all fit, there should make the game mouth watering from the attacking aspect.
While in defence though Chambers was given a nod ahead of Bellerin in previous fixture against west ham but I see Bellerin retaining the right back role for this fixture. Gabriel Magalhaes and Rob Holding will form the center back pairing with David Luiz missing out due to injuries.
Arsenal possible starting lineup
Bellerin Holding Gabriel Tierney
Willian Lacazette Aubameyang
formation : 4 - 2 -1- 3
