I Have My Way Of Managing And I Believe In Myself- Solskjaer Says

Manchester United's coach, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has said that he has his way of managing and that he believes in himself. Speaking further, he admitted that there is pressure on him.

"I'm in dialogue with the club all the time, open and honest. There is pressure on me of course. We have progressed over the years, third, second. I've got my values as long as the club believes in me. I've my way of managing and I believe in myself".
