Chelsea football club were unlucky as their winning streak and unbeaten run was hurled to a stoppage by Manchester City who won them by a lone goal to nothing that is 1-0 a scoreline.
However, Chelsea football club's head coach, Thomas Tuchel has revealed in an interview on Chelsea football club TV, that he is more depressed than the players after losing to Manchester City because his squad abandoned their winning mentality, which made them vulnerable as they were unable to hold off the pressure mounted upon them by Manchester city.
The German manager divulged that his team lacked confidence and made too much poor decisions on the pitch which really affected their result in a negative way. He highlighted that the lost and depression is for everyone that made up the Chelsea squad but that he(Tuchel) was more depressed with the poor performances of his players.
"we are in it together, we lost together and the depression is also upon me but I think I am more depressed because we were so imprecise as we had a lot of pressures from Manchester City. Our decision on the pitch were not good enough and we lacked confidence", said Tuchel.
