Super Eagles of Nigeria star Anderson Esiti was on action for Ferencvaros football club on Wednesday night, as they secured a convincing 5-1 victory to qualify for the next round of the UEFA Champions League.
The former PAOK Thessaloniki football club midfielder was given a starting role by coach Cherchesov, and he was able to play a vital part in his team's comfortable victory.
The Nigerian international led his team's midfield alongside Tunisia national team star Aissa Laidouni and the duo were exceptional in the game.
Two goals each from Fortune Bassey, Adama Traore and Aissa Laidouni were enough to give the home team a convincing victory despite the fact that Igor Sergeev scored a goal for the away team.
The Nigerian star was outstanding for Ferencvaros football club throughout the game, and he was able to guide them to a well deserved victory.
Anderson Esiti will now be looking forward to building on his impressive performance for the club when they play their next game.
Ferencvaros football club have also moved to the next round of the 2022 UEFA Champions League qualification following their 5-1 aggregate victory.
