Opinion: Manchester United Players Won't Perform Under A New Manager If He Isn't Experienced Enough

After a horrible start to the 2021/2022 season, a lot of Manchester United Fans and lovers have called for the sack of Ole gunner Solksjær. The majority of the fans are making demands for a new coach and for a while now they've been placing high hopes on Zinedine Zidane as the next person to take charge of the managerial duty at Manchester United for the rest of the season.

Aside from the tactical error from the coach, a lot of Manchester United players have suffered a huge setback in their form and they are not showing any sign of mental stability that could improve their gameplay In a bid to get a new coach, Manchester United board must take into note the kind of person they hire for the managerial duty, someone with great experience will make a good impact on the tactical strength and the general mentality of the players.

If the next coach to be hired is not a man filled with the ability to improve players' mentality, they will not perform as expected and the coach will face the same problem Ole Gunner Solksjær is currently facing at the club. A Coach like Thomas Tuchel who knows how to encourage players will be a better choice for the club and he would be effective in changing the mentality and attitude of his players whenever they want to play against a bigger or smaller team.

Ole lacks tactical strength but most of the players at Manchester united currently are not proving their worth because they aren't motivated enough. The likes of Maguire, Pogba, and other top players are not showing their qualities and it is obvious they are out of form mentally. If Manchester United hires an inexperienced coach, nothing big will be effected on the current Manchester United squad and the team might continue in their bad form.

Therefore, the board must remain calm before they rush to give the contract to a manager who might end up like Ole Solksjær.
