The players and staff of Liverpool will be presented with the English Premier League trophy and their medals on a special platform, surrounded by fan banners, in the match against Chelsea next week Wednesday.
Liverpool's manager when the club won the trophy last in 1990, Sir Kenny Dalglish, will be part of the cup presentation ceremony.
Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp and his players secured their first league trophy in 30 years in June but fans will not be at Anfield to watch the ceremony because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Although matches are currently being played behind closed doors, Sky Sports Fanzone have made it possible for the club's supporters to be able to have their own Premier League trophy ceremony as they will be able to watch with family and friends in their respective homes.
Fans would be given the opportunity to influence the crowd noise heard on screen and chat about the match through the app in the interaction section. Users of the app are also allowed to post predictions.
In light of the ongoing measures in place to safeguard against the spread of coronavirus, the club has urged supporters to stay indoors to enjoy the ceremony.
