Super Eagles of Nigeria dazzler, Paul Onuachu was in action for John van den Brom's Genk football team against Vincent Kompany led Anderlecht team at the Lotto Park, in their 4th game of the Championship Group in the Belgium Jupiler Pro League season.
The prolific and versatile Nigerian forward has been phenomenal for the visitor of the night, as he has been firing from all cylinders for the club and as such extend his league goal tally of the season to 33 in the thrilling encounter.
Paul Onuachu yet again retained his spot in the starting XI for the visiting team, following his outstanding performance this season for both club and country.
He was then outstanding in the show of the night as he scored the opening goal to inspired his team to the deserved victory, as they bounced back from their last disappointing 1-1 league draw against the same opponent.
The visitor took the lead in the 16th minutes with Paul Onuachu putting his side ahead to make it one nil, before Lukas Nmecha levelled for the host in the 31st minutes to make it 1-1 at half time.
In the second half, the game got more tensed up with all efforts put up from both sides to add to the tally of the night proving abortive, until the 86th minutes when Cyriel Dessers scored a late winner for the visitor to end the game two goals to one at full time.
The hard fought away win for the visitor of the night means they now currently sit on the second spot of the table with 38 points, and as such be hoping to keep their winning streaks going.
