Barcelona missed out on the opportunity to move to the top of the La Liga table yesterday after they were held to a disappointing goalless draw by Atletico Madrid at the Camp Nou.
Both teams were evenly matched in the fixture as they came close several times to scoring but both sides goalkeepers were smart enough to stop any shots from getting past them.
The fixture eventually dragged to a goalless draw at full time as Barcelona yet again failed to secure a win against Atletico Madrid this season.
Athletic Bilbao were also active in the La Liga yesterday as Osasuna came from behind to hold them to a 2-2 draw at the San Mames Barria.

Barcelona are currently at the 2nd spot on the La Liga table with 75 points as Real Madrid dropped to the 3rd spot on the table while Athletic Bilboa climbed up to the 8th spot on the table with 46 points.
