Lazaro came close to getting the equaliser in the 72nd minute as his shot from inside the box found the side of the net.
Kane sealed the match with a third goal in the the 90th minute as he scored a brace to put Spurs 3-1 ahead.
Spurs win guarantees them the hopes for European football qualification.
