Liverpool who are currently occupying the first position on the premier league table, will be playing manchester city on Sunday and as such alot of dramas are expected to be displayed. The last time both teams met in the premier league competition, it was a four goals thriller game that ended in favour of manchester city as they comfortably defeated Liverpool by 4 goals to 1, all thanks to Okay Gundogan who scored a brace in the game.
However, I decided to put up this article to display the strongest line up Liverpool could use to defeat Manchester City on Sunday.
A. Goal keeper: Alisson Becker will be retaining his spot at the goal keeping position following his brilliant performance against FC Porto last Tuesday.
B. Defenders: Virgil Van Dijk will be teaming up with Konate at the center back position, while Alexander Arnold and Roberson playing from the right back and left back positions respectively.
C. Midfielders: Thiago, Fabinho and Jordan Henderson.
D. Sadio Mane, Diego Jota and Mohamed Salah on the other hand, will be leading the attacking frontline as usual.
