Covid-19 is a widespread pandemic that has continued to increase at an increasing rate across different continents. Covid-19 has been responsible for causing the death of millions of people all over the world. The pandemic has kept on spreading rapidly even though 780 million doses of the vaccine have been administered globally.
Dr Tedros Ghebreyesus, Director General of World Health Organization said there have been increased cases of Covid-19 cases across the globe. He added that the pandemic have kept on increasing even though they have started distributing Vaccine doses.
Vaccines are a vital and powerful tool to fight against the disease but they are not the only tool that are powerful to fight the disease. Maintaining physical distance, Using Nose masks regularly, Hand Hygiene, Ventilation, contact tracing, isolation, Supportive quarantine are all the tools that are very effective in fighting the COVID-19 and save lives.
It's not everyone that follows these Covid-19 preventive measures and ignorance can also aid in the increase of this disease.
