Nigerian-born youngster shines for his English club-side in their 6-0 League Cup victory

Nigerian-born youngster Andrew Omobamidele was exceptional for Norwich City football club of England on Tuesday night, as he guided them to a remarkable 6-0 victory over AFC Bournemouth in the League Cup.

The 19 years old was given a starting role by his coach and he was able to impress, as he played a vital role in their convincing victory.

Andrew Omobamidele started in the home team's defence line alongside Bali Mumba, Christoph Zimmerman and Brandon Williams and they were all fantastic in the game.

Christos Tzolis opened scoring for the home team in the 12th minutes and Kenny McLean doubled the lead in the 26th minutes, before Lucas Lupp made it 3-0 in the 34th minutes to end the first half 3-0.

Joshua Sargent made it 4-0 in the 49th minutes, and Christos Tzolis made it 5-0 in the 66th minutes, before Joshua Sargent netted the last goal of the game in the 75th minutes to end the match 6-0.

Andrew Omobamidele was exceptional for the home team throughout the whole duration of the game, and he was able to play a vital role in his team's deserved victory.

The 6-0 victory over AFC Bournemouth has now taken Norwich City football club to the next round of the EFL Cup.
