The much-expected UEFA Champions League semi-final fixtures will take center stage this midweek with the first leg ties. The last four teams of the campaign, Real Madrid, Manchester City, AC Milan, and Inter Milan will square off against each other as they continue their journey toward the final.
The action will get underway on Tuesday, May 9, with the stand-out fixture of the semi-final phase of the campaign, when Real Madrid will play host to the in-form Manchester City at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in Spain. The clash will be a repeat of last season's semi-final contest between both teams which Los Blancos won 6:5 on aggregate.
The second semi-final game of the midweek will be staged on Wednesday, May 10, at the San Siro Stadium, where AC Milan and Inter Milan will lock horns with each other in the first leg of their two-legged encounter. The game however promises to be very intriguing as the two Milan clubs will be looking for a healthy early advantage ahead of the reverse fixture.
