The 2020/2021 season of most football leagues across, Europe, Africa and the rest of the World is gradually coming to an end, but some players have been outstanding for their respective club-sides, shunning out impressive performance for their teams.
The Federation of International Football Association (FIFA), the International governing body of football will in no distant time release the nominees for the Best FIFA Men's Player Award for the year, 2021.
Judging from their performance for their respective club-sides in the 2020/21 season, here are some of the young football players under 30 years of age that may likely be nominated for the 2021 FIFA Men's Player Award for the year,2021;
1) Erling Haaland;
The 20 years old, Norwegian International has so far been impressive for Dortmund in the 2020/21 football season, he has already scored a total of twenty three goals for the German Club-side in the current German Bundelisga season and they were so unfortunate not to have qualified for the Semifinals of the Uefa Champions League loosing out to English Premier League side Manchester City.
Possible Chance: 7/10
2) Kylian Mbappe;
Mbappe has been one of the most outstanding football players in the current football season, the 22 years old French forward has been able to help his club-side, PSG reach the Semifinals of the Uefa Champions League. He has so far scored 8 goals for PSG in the 2020/21 UEFA Champions League.
3) Kelechi Iheanacho;
Kelechi Iheanacho, popularly referred to as 'Senior Man' is the rave of the moment, as the 24 years old, Nigerian International has been in impressive form for his club-side Leicester City, his recent run of goal scoring form has been able to take Leicester City to the finals of the 2020/21 English FA Cup.
Possible Chance: 8/10
4) Jesse Lingard;
The 28 years old England International, couldn't find his feet at Manchester United, but he has been on superb goal scoring form for WestHam since he joined them on loan from Manchester United. His goals for WestHam may just be enough for WestHam to qualify for the Uefa Champions League next season if he continues with his goal scoring form. He so far scored 9 goals in 10 appearances for WestHam United in the 2020/21 season of the English Premier League.

5) Neymar Jr;
Many football fans and pundits alike believe that the 2020/21 Football season will provide, Brazilian International, Neymar the opportunity to grab his first, FIFA Men's Player Award.
The 29 years old, Brazilian International has so far been impressive, for his French club-side, PSG despite been plagued by injury this season. He has been able to score 12 goals for his French Club-side, PSG this season.
Possible Chance: 9/10
