Brazilian Footballer who goes by the name, Lucas Alves is currently plying his trade with Kwara United Football Club in Ilorin. In a recent interview of the Brazil Born Footballer, he said he will jump at the opportunity to represent Nigeria and with all gladness of heart, he will play for the Super Eagles if call upon.
Almost every professional footballer dream is to represent their country in order to show his potential to his people and make his family proud. Been a Brazilian, I have the ambition to represent Brazil National team, I will be very happy to be referred among the Samba Boys but I am in Nigeria and I am growing and developing at Kwara United, the possibility of representing the three times Africa Champions is also on for me. Should I receive the invitation, it will make me very happy said Alves.
Nigeria have never have any Brazilian pleading his allegiance to the country and Lucas Alves is hoping to be the first person to break the record. On Davido songs he confess that he listen to it everyday.
What do you think, a Brazilian pleading to represent Nigeria. Should he be given the chance to do so?
