Victor Osimhen is all set to seal a move to Napoli. According to reports going around France, Chelsea manager Frank Lampard had identified him as an ideal ,number 9 and wanted him at Stamford Bridge by all means possible.
The 21-year old seemed to be a target ,for the Blues but the Nigerian International has ,decided to sign a lucrative deal with Napoli instead.

The negotiations have already reached the final stage. Both parties have ,agreed on a fee valued at €74 million. The news was first confirmed by football journalist Fabrizio Romano, who has stated the player is just one more step from joining his new club.
Personal terms have been agreed and he has been offered a five-year contract that keeps him ,at Napoli till 2025. It is also rumored that Manchester United tried to hijack, the deal by calling the player's agent at the last minute.

Osimhen was on top form for Lille ,in the discontinued Ligue 1 season. He had registered 13 goals and six assists in just 27 appearances,which is indeed a great record.
