How Man City could line up against Southampton today.

After putting 6 goals past RB Leipzig last time out, Manchester City will be hoping to continue with their exhilarating form when they go up against Southampton at Etihad Stadium later today.

Pep Guardiola has no major injuries so worry about. As such, he's expected to name a very strong starting XI for the game.

Ederson Santana Moraes is undoubtedly expected to be the man behind the sticks.

After an impressive performance in the Champions League on Wednesday, Nathan Ake is expected to start in central defense alongside Ruben Dias.

As for the flanks, Cancelo and Kyle Walker are expected to occupy the left-back and right-back positions respectively.


The trio of Kevin De Bruyne, Rodri, and Gundogan are expected to occupy the positions in the middle of the park.


Jack Grealish could be rested for this game, as such, Raheem Sterling should replace in the left-wing-forward position.

Ferrran Torres and Gabriel Jesus are expected to play as center-forward and right-wing-forward respectively.
