UEFA celebrates Victor Osimhen after coming off the bench to net a goal in his team UEL 3-0 win

Super Eagles of Nigeria forward, Victor Osimhen was in action yesterday for Napoli in their third game of the UEFA Europa League Group C ties against Legia Warsaw at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.

The Nigerian star was dropped to the bench by Coach Luciano Spalletti but was introduced in the second half for Hirving Lozano and he was able to impress with his top notch delivery.

Victor Osimhen who has been on fire for Napoli this season continues his incredible run of form as he scored yet another goal to seal the whole three points of the night for the host, which put them back to winning ways after their last disappointing defeat against Spartak Moscow.

The first half of the game was such a balanced one as there was nothing to separate the two sides going into the half time break which ended goalless draw.

After playing out an intensed goalless first half, the tempo got heated up in the second half as they both put up some physical, tactical and technical displays but none was able to break the deadlock until the 76th when Lorenzo Insigne gave the host the lead to make it one nil.

In the 80th minute of the game, the goal opener set up a brilliant assist for Victor Osimhen who doubled the lead to make it two goals to nil before Matteo Politano made it three nil in the 95th minute

After every other attempts from both sides to add more to the tally of the night, all proved abortive as it ended three goals to nil at full time.

After the game, UEFA reacted with a post via their verified twitter handle where they celebrated the Nigerian youngster with the caption that he can't stop scoring and as such replicated his form with fire emoji, as he bagged his 4th goal in the competition and his 9th of the season across all competitions.

Napoli with the win of the night now currently sit at the 2nd spot on the table with 4 points in 3 games played and as such be hoping to keep the winning streaks going in their next fixture, so as to continue their pursuit in the competition.

Victor Osimhen will now be looking forward to continuing his goal scoring form for the Naples in their next game so as to keep helping the team.
