The summer transfer window is just some weeks away from being officially opened for business.
Chelsea FC has already started showing interest in some number players as they look forward to building a stronger team that will challenge for trophies next season.
Among the players Chelsea are looking forward to signing is France International and Sevilla FC player Jules Kounde.
Jules Kounde who signed for Sevilla in July 2019 from French league one club FC Girondins de Bordeaux dor €23m, plays as a center back.
Jules Kounde is being regarded as the best player in the Sevilla team with a current market value of €60m.
Chelsea are not the only premier league club interest in securing the player service, it is also reported that Manchester United are monitoring the player and they would like to sign him when the summer transfer window open.
