The Ligue 1 competition, returned back to action yesterday as seven matches were played in the competition.
Paris Saint German suffered their first league defeat of the season as Rennes defeated them by 2 goals to nothing. Moments after PSG lost 2-0, Angers then hosted and defeated Mertz at home by 3 goals to 2.
Monaco on the other hand, secured their third victory of the season yesterday as they comfortably defeated Bordeaux by 3 goals to nothing, all thanks to Ben Yedder who scored a goal with one assist in the game yesterday.

Lille 2-0 Marseille.
St Etienne 1-1 Lyon.
