Sadiq Emerges Second Nigeria's Hottest Striker In Transfer Market After Osimhen

Partizan Belgrade striker, Sadiq Umar, has emerged the second Nigeria striker receiving most attentions in the transfer market, after Victor Osimhen, whose move to Napoli is at the final stages.

The 23-year-old has starting making a name for himself in the summer transfer window, with multiple sources confirming overtues from Stade Brestois, Lille and an unadentified club in Germany after the most prolific season of his career, scoring 12 goals in 24 Serbian Premier League.

Formerly of AS Roma, Torino, NAC, Rangers, Sadiq, who scored four goals in six matches to help Nigeria win bronze at 2016 Olympics, is contracted to Partizan until 2023, would be leaving the club where he has resumed pre-season for €15 million. 

It is the first time the Kaduna-born will command so much attention in the transfer market since 2014, when he joined Spezia before going on to also play mainly on loan at Lavagnese, Bologna, Perugia and Partizan, who made made his loan from Roma permanent this year.
