UEFA Champions League

''Lampards Master Plan''- Chelsea set to start €50m rated winger against Bayern Munich

UEFA Champions League have been scheduled to restart few weeks immediately the conclusion of the Premier League, that is in August. Lampard was able to do well with just academy players this season. It is surprising for Chelsea to still remain in champions league with academy players up to the round of 16 stage. However,Chelsea will still travel to Allianz Arena to play against the great giants of Germany for their return leg clash after the 3-0 painful defeat at Stamford Bridge in the first leg.

The American winger didn't take part in the first leg humiliation due to his injury. Chelsea have won almost all their UEFA Champions League games with Pulisic before his injury.

There are huge doubts on the new signings Ziyech and Timo Werner, to play against Bayern. This is because both attackers were not registered under Chelsea in the Champions League. Chelsea duo Jorginho and Alonso will also miss the return of the second leg due to their respective card offenses.

However, It is a happy news for Chelsea fans to have Pulisic back to Chelsea's squad to play against Bayern Munich. Chelsea have really missed the presence of the American winger against Bayern in the first leg of the game. The first leg of the game never favoured Chelsea in any way because of the inexperienced players Lampard used in the game, but with likes of Pulisic, Willian and Giroud goals a guaranteed for the blues
