Manchester United defeated Atalanta 3-2 in the UEFA Champions league after a comeback win. The Red devils conceded two goals before the end of the first half but later secured a win after goals from Ronaldo, Marcus Rashford and Harry Maguire. All the three goals that came from Manchester United were scored in the second half of the game.
Liverpool also managed to defeat Atletico Madrid 3-2 in the UEFA Champions league. Mohamed Salah was highly impressive during the match scoring two goals for the Reds. Antonie Greizmann also scored a brace for Atletico Madrid but was later sent off in the 52nd minute of the game. Naby Keita was also in the scoresheet during Liverpool win over Atletico Madrid.
Chelsea defeated Malmo 4-0 in the UEFA Champions league after goals from Jorginho, Christensen and Kai Havertz secured a win for Thomas Tuchel.
Thiago Silva and Hudson-Odoi also registered one assist each during Chelsea's win over Malmo.
Antonio Rudiger, Thiago Silva and Christensen were Chelsea back three. The three defenders were highly impressive in performance during their match against Malmo.
Chelsea have one of the best defence in the top five European leagues. The Blues are currently placed first in the premier league table and have conceded fewer goals compared to Manchester United.
Chelsea have scored 16 goals in the premier league so far this season and conceded just 3 goals. Manchester United have scored 16 goals and conceded 10.
Thiago Silva, Christensen, Reece James, Trevoh Chalobah, Antonio Rudiger, Ben Chilwell, Marcos Alonso and Malang Sarr are the Chelsea defenders for 2021/2022 season.
