This is why Mikel Arteta will become one of the best managers the world has ever seen

Mikel Arteta's is one of the young promising football managers presently, Since he took over the Arsenal Job from Spaniard Unai Emery, the Arsenal fans have been singing praises to him,all the more so,as this is his first season as manager of any club, having spent 3 and a half years with Pep Guardiola's Manchester City, And a couple of years with Arsenal as a player, under the Legendary Arsene Wenger, where he must have learnt alot in terms of player management and Playing style.

He has learnt from two of the world's best coaches, not to talk of the fact that he was brought up in FC Barcelona's La Masia Academy.

With all these knowledge, he must really be an Albert Einstein of football, seeing how both Arsene Wenger and Pep Guardiola are masters of the infamous "Tiki Taka" football style of pass and move, and how they can have been able to build rocky defenses over the years.

Arteta had given a hint on what style of Football he wants to bring to Arsenal, He said"I want to bring a style of football that is entertaining, not one that focuses on the Opposition alone" .which makes us ponder this burning question.

What type of Football is entertaining?

Yup,you're probably thinking about Barcelona under Guardiola, how they made football so interesting to watch with their tiki taka football. Indeed it seems like the Spaniard will adopt the short pass and move philosophy(Tiki Taka),once perfected by his former manager Arsene Wenger.

One thing that also makes Arteta so good is:

His training Strategy

Most managers see training as a means to collectively help the team play together as a unit,Improve their attack, bring new strategies and work on defences. But its not always the Case for Mikel Arteta, He sees this as an opportunity to study his players Individually and help them work on certain Key attributes that they lack. He has worked wonders on Lacazette's work rate and on Mustafi's Alertness, and will surely do more in the future to come as seen also in the case of Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus' finishing when he was back at Manchester city.

His Boldness and Charisma

When you listen to his press conferences, you will have to fall in love with the way he addresses issues and how he relates with his players, but don't be fooled,Mikel Arteta is also a Strict coach, when he has to be and is not scared of disciplining his players, when they develop bad behaviors, and poor work ethics as seen in both the cases of Matteo Guendouzi and Mesut Özil.

His Squad Rotation tactic

Like Zinedine Zidane of Real Madrid, Mikel Arteta's match day day formation is mostly unpredictable, as he has tried 3 different formations prior to his newly preferred 3-4-3 lineup, he has tried the 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3, 4-4-2 formations he has also rotated his squad,he has used different players and his lineups have also featured over 23 different players.

His faith in Young players

A couple of youngsters have featured for him this season such as Saka, willock, nelson and martinelli. All of which have impressed and shown signs of improvement and prospect for the future.

This is why I feel Arteta will soon become one of the best managers in the world.
