Mohammed Salah made another Champions League appearance for Liverpool today when they travelled to face FC Porto at the Estadio Dragao. The Egyptian International continued with his incredible form for Liverpool this season as he guided them to an important 5-1 victory over Porto at the end of the match.
Mohammed Salah got Liverpool up and running in the 21st minute of the game as he opened the scoring with a brilliant effort from close range to make the scoreline 1-0 in favour of the Reds. Sadio Mane also played his part brilliantly in the first half as he scored in the 44th minute to put Liverpool 2-0 ahead at halftime.
Mohammed Salah scored his second goal of the match in the 60th minute after benefitting from a brilliant pass made by Curtis Jones to put Liverpool 3-0 ahead. Medhi Taremi scored in the 75th minute to pull a goal back for Porto in the match. Robert Firmino came up with a brilliant performance In the second half as he netted two lovely to give Liverpool a massive 5-1 victory at full-time.
Mohammed Salah was arguably the best player on the pitch for Liverpool today against FC Porto. The 29-year-old scored two lovely goals in the match as his performance today was absolutely brilliant. The Egyptian Forward clearly deserves the Man Of the match award after an outstanding display in today's match.
