Barcelona need to make sell most of their players this summer. After their first half performance that made them lose to real Madrid at Santiago Bernabeu, it is obvious that Barcelona need to rebuild their team to be as strong as the 2005/06 Winning Team. In other to do that, Barcelona would need to sign new players this summer. Players like Sergio Aguero, David Alaba will be free agents on the summer.
In 2005/06 season, Barcelona was one of the most difficult team to beat in Europe's top five leagues. Most of the players in this squad are all retired. during that time, Barcelona dominated possession and still had the ability to make major comebacks in a football game. Barcelona could penetrate into teams that defend through out and could easily win a game.
Ronald koeman should visit the old clips of 2005/06 squad and see how clinical they were in the past years. If Barcelona should rebuild a squad as strong as their past squad, they could dominate European competition and domestic competition again.
