Speaking after the game, Rohr said he is not an apostle of celebration particularly if there is another immediate task like the Super Eagles currently have with the World Cup qualifiers.
“ We have no time to rest and reflect. Preparations starts immediately with the game against Liberia in June but we will resume camp in May. We later play Central Africa Republic. While it’s good to celebrate, I am not too much into it when there is another task ahead”, the coach said.
In qualifiers, the Super Eagles are yet to lose a game since losing in Uyo 0-2 to South Africa in 2017 during the qualifiers for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations
