What Thomas Tuchel told Hudson-Odoi upon his first arrival to Chelsea

Chelsea have been highly impressive this season and they are in the race for both the UEFA Champions league title and the Premier league this season.

The Blues have one of the most valuable squad in the top five European leagues. Timo Werner, N'golo Kante, Romelu Lukaku, Kai Havertz, Christian Pulisic, Reece James and Mason Mount are all among the most valuable players in Chelsea.The Blues also have one of the best defence in the top five European leagues this season. Chelsea are currently placed first in the premier league table and they have scored 27 goals conceding just 4.

Thomas Tuchel won the UEFA Champions league title in his debut season with Chelsea. He was dismissed by PSG having reached the UEFA Champions league final with the Parisians before joining Chelsea.

Tuchel is now among the best managers in the premier league. He has been highly impressive with Chelsea since he joined the club. Tuchel has helped a lot of players in Chelsea regain their form since he joined the club.

The manager has also changed the playing position of some players in Chelsea including Kai Havertz and Hudson-Odoi. Havertz play as an attacking midfielder for Bayer Leverkusen before joining Chelsea but because of the absent of Timo Werner and Romelu Lukaku, Kai Havertz played as False nine on several occasions.

Another player whose position has been changed under Thomas Tuchel is Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Hudson-Odoi revealed that when Thomas Tuchel joined Chelsea, He told him to play as a wing-back but he thought it was just a joke. Hudson Odoi currently play as a wing-back in Chelsea under Thomas Tuchel and he's adapting to his new role.

Reece James can also play as a wing-back, he's the best player in that position in Chelsea. Ben Chilwell and Marcos Alonso have also played as a wing-back under Thomas Tuchel.
