The former SSC Lazio star terminated his contract with Lithuania League giants two days ago, after the club were Knockedout of the UEFA Champions League qualifiers, and he has now return to Turkey.
Ogenyi Onazi represent Denizlispor FC two years ago before he was released due to his time-to-time injury.
The Nigerian international joined Zalgiris Vilnius FC earlier this year and he was able to impress before he decided to leave the club.
Onazi has previously played for the likes of Trabzonspor FC, SSC Lazio, Denizlispor FC and Zalgiris Vilnius FC before he decided to rejoin Denizlispor FC.
Reacting after signing the Nigerian international, Denizlispor FC posted on their verified Instagram handle on Friday that;
"WELCOME OGENYI ONAZI, club has finally signed a 1 year contract with Ogenyi Onazi, a 28 years old midfielder who wears the FK Zalgiris Vilnius jersey. We welcome Ogenyi Onazi, we wish him success in our green-black jersey 💚🖤."
