3 Nigerian Football Players Whose Contracts Were Terminated By Their Clubs This Season

Many Nigerian footballers play for both international and domestic clubs. Some of these players are widely regarded as world-class footballers. He is a Nigerian professional midfielder whose contract with his club, Granada FC, was terminated. In January 2019, he joined the Spanish La Liga club. APOEL, a Cypriot First Division club, announced the termination of their contract with the young Nigerian goalkeeper on August 31, 2021. They announced this on their social media page. Uzoho signed a three-year contract with the club in July 2020. He appeared in 18 League games, and his team finished third in their division. His contract was terminated without explanation. John Mikel Obi
