NIGERIANS ABROAD: Former Enyimba Striker On Target In Macedonia

Former Abia warriors and Enyimba Int'l striker, Sunday Adetunji, was on target in the North Macedonia topflight league in, Shkupi FC home win at the weekend.

Shkupi FC went to toe to with fellow title contenders, Renova FC, in one of the Matchday 11 fixtures in the Macedonian topflight league.

Visitors, Renova FC, gave a good account of themselves in the first half as they kept it all solid in every department to end the first half in a barren draw heading back to he locker room.

On return for the second half, Super Eagles Striker, Sunday Adetunji, came through for his side with a goal at the 55min after he over powered, Renova FC defence line to slot home.

Every effort by the efforts to level up proved abortive before Skhupi midfielder, Freddy Alvarez doubled his side lead from the spot to compound, Renova FC, Misery.

With 5mins of action to be played in the entertaining tie, Renova FC midfielder, Burhan Mustafov, goal gave the team a lifeline which never counted positively at full time.

With the goal at the weekend, the Nigerian international, Sunday Adetunji has 6goals to his name in the current campaign.
